The Biggest Loser-ZoBell style

My good friend let me borrow her Jillian Michael's 30 day shred work out video. Guaranteed to work if you faithfully do it everyday. I did day one tonight. Tyler did it with me and the kids joined in after dessert. There the 5 of us were. Doing jumping jacks, leg kicks, and fake jump rope. Then down to the floor for ab crunches. And now I will see if I can make it to the bathroom for a tub. I shouldn't have sat down.

Good luck! I've heard that's a good one. But I've never tried it. Ibuprofen and a long bath. That's what helps me!

Do her work out and read her book Master your Metabolism at the same time. Very effective! (unfortunately not effective for me in the weight loss department but definitely motivating to keep doing what I am doing.)
